We believe in data privacy. Not only for us but also for our kids. We are parents and we think your data should belong to you. No pictures will be transferred anywhere. No usage data will be logged. All the detection happens locally on the device.

This is also the reason why you need at least iOS 11, because with this and newer versions Apple introduced some nice automatic face detection on the device itself, so we don't need to use external services.

This app makes itself available to the extensions popup in the Apple photos app. So you can invoke the app and pixelate faces right from the photo edit view. No need to use it standalone.

According to our research, this is the one and only app that provides this level of integration into the photos app for applying such privacy features.
