Fairchain provides an easy-to-use framework for secure, equitable fine art certification and sales.

We allow artists, gallerists, and collectors to prove title, record provenance, authenticate, and transact art works from their phone, all while ensuring the support artists need to create groundbreaking art.

Certification:
Fairchain provides artists and galleries a simple framework to generate secure digital certificates of both title and authenticity. Registering works on the Fairchain platform guarantees the provenance of an artwork from day one. In other words, all artworks on Fairchain are unique and original.

Resale Royalties:
When a work is sold on Fairchain, artists and galleries can establish a resale royalty rate that allows them to maintain creative equity in every subsequent sale of the artwork. Finally.

Blockchain:
All transactions on Fairchain are written to the blockchain and executed via the Fairchain Title Transfer Agreement, which records the transfer of ownership of an artwork. Our proprietary sales contract affirms authenticity and mediates the payment of stakeholder royalties, in perpetuity.

Payments:
Fairchain’s platform facilitates the distribution of royalties earned via secondary sales. Fairchain users can opt to power all their payments (ACH, Credit, WeChat) via a simple, integrated invoicing service built on Stripe.

Security & Privacy:
Fairchain establishes a secure record of ownership each time an artwork changes hands. We enable collectors to authenticate and demonstrate clear title to a work while also keeping their identities and activities private from third parties. Fairchain uses best-in-class data protection schemes to keep information confidential and secure. Fairchain is built on trust. Fairchain does not and will not sell user data to third parties, and transaction and work information is visible only to parties directly involved in a transaction.
