Farmers Coop Elevator Company

Farmers Cooperative Elevator Company (FCE), originally The Farmers Cooperative Grain and Mercantile (FCGM), was incorporated in 1918 in Halstead Kansas. In 1992 Mt Hope Co-op merged into FCG&M and the new company was named Farmers Cooperative Elevator Co. with locations in Halstead, Mt. Hope and Patterson, Kansas. In 2013 a new grain facility was built in Bentley, Kansas and in 2015 a new dry fertilizer shed was also constructed there.

FCE’s core businesses are grain, crop production and petroleum. We will handle over 7 million bushels of grain, 15,000 tons of fertilizer and 1 million gallons of fuel annually. Our customers demand a high level of service and we work hard each day to provide that to them.
