- Livestock Identification Number.
- Replacement Tags / Retag Date.
- Colour.
- Breed Type.
- Sex.
- Date of Birth.
- Dam's Identification Number.
- Date of Movement Onto Holding.
- Name and Address of Premises From Which Moved.
- Date of Movement Off Holding or Date of Death.
- Name and Address of Premises To Which Moved or Manner and Place of Disposal of Carcase.

Store information on the Purchase of Veterinary Medicines:
- Name of Veterinary Medicine.
- Associated Batch Number.
