Fecit actively utilizes templates to enhance productivity.
You can use fecit for free for 1 week after registerer.
Fecit’s templates are made up of two independent documents: the Foundation and the Guide. The Foundation refers to pre-made document formats, similar to templates offered by other services, while the Guide provides instructions on how to use the Foundation. Both the Foundation and the Guide are designed to be customized by the user.
To aid in planning, Fecit offers a calendar service similar to existing ones but with more detailed features. For example, the calendar allows you to track the progress of your tasks, giving you a clear overview of the overall situation. Additionally, it offers a "Day Split View," which divides each day into four segments so you can easily identify free time and whether you have scheduled tasks in each part of the day.
To help with execution, Fecit provides a checklist and progress tracking features. The checklist is designed to make executing tasks more enjoyable, and progress is tracked along six stages: registered, scheduled, in progress, completed, canceled, and postponed. These stages have been standardized to minimize the need for additional progress states.
For retrospection, you can use the empty fields provided in the calendar. Fecit allows you to conduct retrospectives on a per-schedule basis, enabling more specific and context-appropriate reflections. If improvements arise during the retrospective, you can immediately apply them to your templates using Fecit’s unique "Improvement" feature.
Additionally, through the "Share Tab," you can collect templates created by others, or share your own templates with them.
In the "Achiever Tab," you can build and document your own personal journey and history—because ultimately, the most important aspect of achieving goals is yourself.
Fecit’s goal is to provide you with a better "next." That’s why there is a connected cycle within the service. Understanding and learning how to use this cycle may take a bit of time, but once you become familiar with it, Fecit will be the best service to support your drive toward achievement.
