fecit : Memo & Calendar

Fecit is a knowhow management service that offers features to collect, use, improve, and share knohow.

Knowhow in Fecit consists of templates and instructions. Templates refer to pre-made documents, as they are commonly called in other services, and instructions explain how to use these templates. These two documents are managed and used as a bundle.

The basic use of Fecit involves creating new documents from the existing knowhow according to your situation. This new document is called a "Action."

When you first start, only a blank knowhow will be registered. At this stage, you can collect knowhow that others have registered through the "Society" tab and use it. The collected knowhow will be added to your knowhow list in the "Notes" or "Calendar" tab. You can browse the knowhow list or directly check it from the list. You can modify it as needed to fit your situation.

You can also create new knowhow based on existing ones. By pressing the "New Knowhow" button in the knowhow list, you can select a base knowhow, copy it, and create a new one. If you need a blank template, you can use the "Origin Knowhow," which is provided by the system and cannot be edited by users.

In addition, Fecit offers a feature to improve knowhow through actions.

After modifying the template or instruction in a practice, you can press the "Improve" button in the menu that appears when you click the "..." button at the top right. This reflects the modifications in the original knowhow. This allows you to skip much of the process of memorizing the improvement, finding the knowhow, and then modifying it when an improvement occurs.

Fecit also has a powerful internal version tracking system. It records the changes in all documents, including titles, identifiers, and description, individually. Additionally, it manages the overall form separately, providing an environment where you can precisely track what content existed at any given time.

Currently, Fecit offers spaces for memo, a calendar, and a section where you can write about yourself.

Memos are the simplest form of content in Fecit, consisting of a title, subtitle, and description. They are ideal for easy use. Essential fonts, checklists, bullet lists, and number lists are available, and you can create sublists through indentation, which makes it very helpful for organizing lists. It's a simple yet strong feature of Fecit.

The calendar not only serves as a traditional scheduling tool but also allows you to track your progress. With the "Day Fraction" view, you can quickly identify available time slots. Viewing the weather is an added bonus. You can check detailed weather information by tapping on the weather, which provides sunrise times, moon phases, and other data, making it useful for those for whom weather is important.
