You give a lot of attention to the hygiene of the rooms, hotel amenities and customer-orientation of your employees. But do you know how your guests assess this? Because that is what’s it all about in the end!
Nowadays guests will often give their opinion on so-called hotel assessment sites. However, you as hotel owner do not have any control over this (Did they in fact stay in your hotel?). It furthermore does not present a clear picture; often the so-called “extreme opinions” are seen here. An alternative is to hand out a hard-copy evaluation form. But this is time consuming, for you as well as your guest. This will furthermore still not quickly show interesting differences of opinion, for instance between a personal or business stay.
In order to make the evaluation by your guests innovative, clear and customer friendly the guest feedback system Performitor® was developed.
What is Performitor®:
Is a unique tool which gives continuous and real-time insight in the feedback from your guests with regard to their stay through an online dashboard.
When guests check out they will fill out a short questionnaire on an iPad. This will ensure that the evaluation takes place directly after their stay. Furthermore, because of Performitor® you will be able to view more than just the so-called “extreme opinions”. The answers are immediately available in the online dashboard.
You can use it to steer on the quality of your accommodation. Guest feedback can be viewed for aspects like room hygiene, meal services, hotel amenities and friendliness of your employees. This will lead to real input to coach your employees and optimize your services. The feedback can also be viewed per individual guest so that you can take follow-up action with regard to them, for instance in case of a complaint.
Is extremely user friendly. System knowledge or experience with the iPad is not necessary.
Performitor® is browser based. Results are always accessible from each pc with an internet connection. Naturally the information is secured; you will receive your own login code and password.
