App Store Description

In the application there are four tabs with different functions:

Tab one, profile: the user's personal data appears (weight, height and sex) as well as anthropometric values (physical measurements) that are used for different functionalities within the nutritional plan. We can also find body values based on the ISAK methodology, both the measurements and the results obtained from them.
Tab two, statistics: temporary graphs of parameters such as weight and its subtypes, sum of skin folds, percentages of body values and somatotype appear. The values are classified into the oldest, middle and newest reflected in different graphs.
Tab three, feeding plan: the nutritional and supplementation plans are reflected for each scheduled intake during the day, as well as daily calorie and macronutrient values. We can also incorporate training sessions into the same plan. Within each intake, new foods or dishes can be incorporated, as well as different types of supplements and quantities. In the nutritional plan itself we have the option of doing it as a race or as training. It can be managed by the user themselves and by the administrator at the same time. The diet can be planned in advance or can be planned on the spot.
Tab four, dictionary: the foods included in the application appear in addition to the recipes, recommended supplements and activities. You can see the amount of macro and micro-nutrients in each food as well as the preparation and nutritional value of each dish.
Tab 5, others: PDF can be stored in it with the possibility of adding a title and saving it.
