We set up Feel Good Fitness WA a year ago in one room of our house. Slowly, we began to increase our client base of Beginner Trainers who were intimidated by the Big 24/7 gyms & crossfit centres that dominate the current marketplace.
With so much equipment in those centres, many were unsure of how to operate it all and found themselves making up their own workout plan....which didn't work out so well.
Rooms full of Muscle Bound/Fitness Model participants in these facilities can also be VERY Intimidating for Beginners. Then, simply getting a Swipe card with NO exercise plan, NO discipline, and NO motivation gave every reason for a Beginner Trainer to quit.

Hayley and I thought NOW is the time to act and start something different! NOW is the time to help the Beginner Trainers in Australia who really need the help and want to start but don’t know where to begin.
So after several months of running training sessions from every available room in our house while raising a small baby and running a full time lawn mowing business, it was time to take our idea mainstream and move into a commercial studio. We sold the the lawn mowing business and put 100% focus in to our Beginner’s ONLY Fitness Studio in Mandurah.
We call it Feel Good Fitness.
7 Months into running the Very First Beginner’s Fitness Studio of its kind, we grew from 1 client to 90 Beginner Clients and 5 Personal Trainers on the team! It’s become clear to us that our idea is very much in demand within the local area of Mandurah. We’ve developed a Friendly client base, a top notch Training Team, and a Platform where all Beginners Train comfortably.
The 5 Key Elements of our success that we have used from the outset are:
