Fekete Points in the Triangle

Fekete Points are defined as a set of points used for polynomial interpolation that may be defined for any compact set in any dimension.

The Fekete Points in the Triangle App provides a tap method entry 3 data points to define a triangle. The app calculates for 3 degrees (3,6,9) for the interpolation and quadrature weights over the interior a 2 Dimensional Triangle and displays the points in the Triangle.

The Fekete Points Triangle Data screen lists each Feteke Point for each Degree The Data screen displays the PointX and PointY coordinates for each Fekete Point and the associated quadrature weight.

A Triangle Data screen displays the coordinates for the entered triangle and the triangle area.
