Fiber is an important part of our health and we don't always manage to keep track of our nutrients intake.
Fiber Tracker helps you be more aware of your fiber intake so that you can adjust it if it’s not where you would like it to be.
You start by setting your goal, which you can adjust in time, and then search for foods you eat during the day to see their fiber content. You log them in your today's list to keep track of how much fiber you've had and how much more to go until you reach your goal for the day.
Fiber Tracker also shows you a list of high-fiber foods you can use to get inspired when in need of more fiber.
