Fire Safety Alarms, Inc. is a leader in fire protection engineering, fire alarm design and fire alarm installation. Founded by several Chief Officers of the New York Fire Department in 1979, FSA is licensed by the State of New York for Security and Fire Alarm Systems, License No.12000028978, and the State of New Jersey, License # 34FA00134400. Our technicians hold required FDNY certificates of fitness and/or N.I.C.E.T. certification.

FSA provides fire alarm system design, installation, inspection and approvals and service and maintenance to the commercial Real Estate Industry primarily in Manhattan.

Installations: complete building or partial alterations
Inspections and approval by authorities having jurisdiction
All programming performed by qualified FSA technicians
When Electrical Contractors are retained to install a full or partial system, FSA can provide:

field drawings,

inspection and approval
System service and maintenance and smoke detector maintenance as required by New York City Fire Department Title 3, RCNY Chapter 9.

FSA is a proud strategic partner of EST (Edwards Systems Technology). Since 1981, FSA installed more Edwards 5800 fire alarm systems in Manhattan than any other fire alarm company. We continue to service and maintain many of these systems and when conditions require, we can upgrade such systems at minimal cost. The new technology EST-3 is state of the art and is utilized in many high rise commercial buildings for both new installations or replacement of existing outdated systems.
