The FIRST AID TO TERROR App contains easy to use and to apply recommendations for preferable responses following exposure to terror attack in different time points (first 6 hours, 6 to 12 hours, 12 to 24 hours, 24 hours to 1 week, 1 to 4 weeks).

For each time frame recommendation were made both per stakeholders organizations (“Societal preparation” which include recommendations for – Task forces, Education training, Communication and Infrastructure), and per individuals (psychological, pharmacological and sleep regulation). A separate set of recommendations were made for media and social media.

The app contains the following guideline designed by experts:
“Risk management of terrorism induced stress: Guidelines for the Golden Hours and first month”
