The First Response Application provides our clients with the ability to order security patrols from SIA licensed security officers to their sites within minutes.

Both immediate and scheduled can be created so whether a response from an alarm activation on site, to a regular patrol hourly throughout the night the First Response service can deliver your requirements.

Clients are able to view patrols live on their phones or web-based client portal and view historical patrol information of the attending officer.

During the site profile creation, clients have the ability to record the required foot patrol which will them be shared with the attending security officer to ensure our that the attending officer walks the required route. Points of interest for the attending officer can be recorded such as photographing areas of interest. Which will then be available to the clients to review in their site visits history portal.
