First Stitches

We are a sewing and quilt shop located in Cañon City, Colorado selling Baby Lock, Janome, and BERNINA sewing machines. Classes and events happen all year long in our modern and well-lit classroom facilities.

We carry high-quality fabric, such as Moda, Northcott, Robert Kaufman, Quilting Treasures and more. We have a large selection of Mettler, Robison Anton, Floriani and Superior Threads.

With every sewing and embroidery machine we sell, we back it with a dedicated staff of knowledgeable individuals who will individually teach and provide superb customer service after the sale.

We have an on-site Certified BERNINA Technician as well as a Certified Baby Lock and Janome Technician.
