firstDay scans drivers licenses, visa, passports, I-551, social security cards and other forms of ID and uses that information to fill out the I-9, W-4 and other documents you need to hire a new employee. It can also print an ID badge, and export all of the data it collects into a file, or can synchronize it to a growing list of supported payroll systems.

firstDay can be customized to fill out forms and gather signatures from PDF documents. A variety of support options is available to help you customize your existing hiring packet, or we'll send you instructions so you can do it yourself.

After you’ve hired an employee with firstDay, you can print an ID badge with a barcode for use in your payroll system on a standard plastic card.

We encrypt and store all documents on Amazon S3. We’ve also included the ability to print or save all of your documents in the event you want all of your documents printed out.
