App Store Description

First Viewings enables real estate agents and realtors to record, upload and manage high-quality video tours of properties from their iPhones.

Features:

Login - The app requires a login and password. The app will require user’s to have an internet connection in order to login.

Select Property - users select a property from a dropdown list. The items in the list are tailored to the user.

Record Tour - once a user has selected a property, they can begin recording a tour. The app will access the user’s iPhone camera to do this. Users will film a video in the normal way using their iPhone.

Review and Upload - following recording the property tour, the user can watch back the video and either ‘Upload Now’ or ‘Upload Later’. If user clicks ‘Upload Now’ the video starts uploading immediately. If the user clicks ‘Upload Later’ the video is saved to the ‘Uploads’ tab of the app from where they can upload the video at a later stage.

Tips -Some ‘How To’ videos to help users create good property videos.

Profile - a simple profile page which has user’s mane, organisation they work for (and organisation logo), their role (eg negotiator) and the branch of the company they work for (if applicable - eg, Chelsea). The Profile tab also has a logout button for users to log out of the app.
