In the tips, you'll find helpful information such as details in yoga poses for proper alignment, how to release tension before climbing, and which yoga poses work great as a warm-up and cool-down habit.

The free version includes a 3-day challenge with three video classes. Each class takes about 10 minutes and covers a different topic for climbers:
- the "Feet Riser Technique" helps you improve your hip flexibility and strength both in your legs and core.
- in "Back Relax after Climbing", you'll learn a simple and effective cool-down routine to create length and relaxation in your neck, shoulders, and back.
