FitRise is a workout app designed to get your blood pumping each morning with quick, high-intensity exercises you can do in two minutes.

—WHY USE FITRISE?—

Your brain produces endorphins during exercise, and these "pleasure" neurotransmitters trigger positive feelings in your body. Getting a quick morning workout can help start your day on a positive note.

Research shows that exercise boosts energy and reduces fatigue. By exercising in the morning, you're more likely to feel energized throughout the day.

* Build Healthy Habits

Starting your day with a quick FitRise workout is a great way to start building healthy habits. You're more likely to be motivated to make healthier choices later in the day (e.g. skip the sugar, take the stairs).

* Video Journals

Record each workout and keep videos in your journal. You can look back over time and visually track improvements in your performance.

* No Equipment Needed

FitRise exercises do not require any equipment.

* Quick Workouts

When we say "bite-sized" workout, we mean it. The standard FitRise workout consists of four high-intensity exercises at 30 seconds each.

—SHOULD FITRISE REPLACE MY EXISTING WORKOUT?—

FitRise helps get your blood pumping in the morning, which helps give you more energy and an improved mood for the remainder of the day. The tiny routine is not designed to burn a lot of calories. We recommend continuing your existing workout regimen and complementing it FitRise.

—FITRISE PREMIUM—

While FitRise is free to download and use, you can subscribe to FitRise Premium to access enhanced features.

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
