UAE. FM services are not easily available from reliable providers for individuals and/ or
small building owners. The FIXT app intends to bridge this gap by providing customers
with a single point for service generation, high quality service provision and simplified
payment settlement. For the service provider, the app will provide the opportunity to cover
a wider spectrum of customers and through provision of good quality service, ensure
