Flagship Homes: Printworks AR

Discover your new home at Flagship Homes’ Printworks development at
Papworth. This augmented reality app lets you explore the new collection of
two, three, four and five-bedroom houses using just your smartphone or tablet
– so you can find out all you need to know about this stunning development,
situated in a sought-after location just 11 miles from the centre of Cambridge.

The app enables you to launch a 3D model of the development so you can
see it as a whole, allowing you to get an overall idea of the positioning and
relative size of the plots and properties. Moving your device closer allows you
to see each house in more detail, while moving your device further away gives
you an overall view of the Printworks development. By tapping on the hotspots
above the properties, you can find out more information about each house
type – including descriptions, floor-plans and CGI visualisations. Plus, you can
filter your search to show you just the homes that are right for you, whether by
property type, price or number of bedrooms.

The app includes a range of useful features to make it easy for you to explore
the development and find your future home. These include:
● Colour-coded hotspots indicating the availability status of each
property – blue shows Early Bird availability, green shows a property
is for sale and orange denotes a property is sold subject to contract.
● Incentives marked through a star icon on selected properties.
● A filter menu to enable you to search via property type, price range
and number of bedrooms.
● The ability to ‘favourite’ properties visibly on the AR model. These are
also automatically added to your list of Favourites, allowing you to see
and find the homes you are most interested in quickly and easily.
