To get started, simply create a profile and select the industries you're interested in working in. You can then browse shifts that are available in your area. Each shift includes information about the work that needs to be done, the pay rate, and the start and end times.

When you find a shift that you're interested in, you can apply for it. If your application is accepted, you'll be notified and the shift will be added to your schedule.

Once you've completed a shift, you can log in and check out. When you check out, you'll be asked to provide information about your work, including the start and end times, the amount of time you took for breaks, and your overall rating of the job.

Flek pays freelancers within 30 days of completing a shift. You can view your earnings and request a withdrawal in the "Financial" section of your profile.
