An easy to use menu structure enables a new operator to get familiar with the equipment and start-up the hardware and software in a quick and logical sequence, getting them mission ready in the shortest time possible. The FlexSpec X5500 Training App uses screen captures from actual radiation detection events, providing for the most realistic training. Learners will see the same screens in the Training App that they will encounter with the actual equipment during real world operation.

For organizations requiring proof of operator training, the FlexSpec Training App has a built-in quiz that will generate a certificate for the operator upon successful completion. The certificate can be e-mailed to the required authority to be placed in the operator’s training records.
