How do I get started?

Where we’ve been contracted by the NHS in your area, you can self-refer straight into our service or through your GP practice via a registration page. Once you complete your pre-registration, download the app and follow instructions on how to begin.


What happens next?

- Start your personal assessment

Kirsty, your digital physiotherapist, will ask you a series of questions to understand your medical history, back pain symptoms and goals for treatment. After you complete your assessment, Kirsty will tell you if Flok Health is the right place for you.

- Begin treatment

You will have weekly in-app appointments with Kirsty who will respond to your questions and feedback throughout the session, just like a face-to face appointment. Based on your answers, she will develop a treatment plan that focuses on key areas to help improve your strength and mobility. Kirsty will provide on-demand symptom relief, an in-depth explanation to help make sense of your pain, and access to additional resources, for example stress relief techniques.

- Easy access to a team of clinical specialists

Our expert clinical team monitors your progress remotely to ensure that your treatment plan is right for you. Our in-app messaging allows you to connect with a physiotherapist and other members of our team to answer any questions you may have. You can book an appointment to speak to one of our physiotherapists at any time during your treatment with Flok Health.
