Floor Award

The Premier Concrete Equipment (PCE) Award is an award system that is fully managed via a mobile app on any Apple device. The purpose of this award is for flat floor concrete contractors to show their local market the kind of quality work they are capable of performing.

When applying for this award, a flat floor concrete contractor uploads their best project and only flat floor contractors that have also submitted for the award can vote. This means the winner is voted on by the local flat floor community.

The app measures the quality of the floor by uploading photos of one’s project, in regards to the below aspects:

• Color Consistency of the Floor
• Joints
• Equipment Being Used to Product the Floor
• Most Technical Part of the Floor
• Worst Area of the Floor

Applicants are then provided a score from 0-5 in each of the above categories and an average is created from the results. The flat floor concrete contractor with the highest average is then awarded the PCE Flat Floor Award in their region.

The entry fee is $500USD per project that is being submitted and a contractor can only apply once for a particular project. However, the flat floor contractor may apply for as many different projects as they wish.
