We founded Flower & Frequency to encourage preventative healthcare and deep relaxation therapy through the abundant and profound medicinal qualities found within plants, musical frequencies, and meditation. Joshua is a musician, neurofeedback composer, and sound meditation teacher. Nora is a poet and Clinical Herbalist. They carefully blend their love for the arts, poetry, plants, music, science, and meditation into personalized plans of care, which help to nourish the body, soothe the nervous system, and inspire healthy neural pathways and full body wellness.
