Fluss +

Fluss+ turns your iPhone into a key that can open your garage, your gate, your door (anything's that is electronically triggered). Can be triggered either through via bluetooth or WiFi. The Fluss+ hardware must be installed on the motor and the App will communicate with the hardware through bluetooth and/or internet. The owner of the device can share various types of access with other people and revoke access if needed.

The target market is anyone who wants to securely control their electronic motor (specifically access control barriers such as gates, garage doors, booms) and wants to share secure access with multiple people

It allows controlled access at a residential complex, and allows users to invite guests - and security can track who enters or exits - without the risk of personal details being stolen or sold.
