Focused: Task Calendar

Focused isn't an app to keep track of each and every task you need to do, but it does help you focus on the most important next steps.

Focused gives you a daily limit on tasks, and will help you not to overbook yourself. It schedules new tasks automatically to the next not-yet-full day, making sure you never end up with an overwhelmingly long todo list.

- Automatic Deferring -
If life gets in the way, and you don't finish the day's tasks, they can be deferred to the next free day, even automatically, all while ensuring it never schedules too many tasks for one day.

- Today View -
The today view shows you all overdue tasks, all tasks scheduled for today and all tasks you’ve marked to do anytime. This helps to focus and lets you ignore everything you don’t need to think about just yet.

- Planning View -
The planning view gives an overview over the entire month, you can see all your tasks in a calendar view and simply drag them to reschedule.

- Widgets -
Home- and Lockscreen widgets give you quick access to today's tasks, without distractions. You can also long press the app icon to see the day's tasks or add a new one.

- App Intents -
Add tasks or read the currently scheduled tasks from any shortcut in the Shortcuts app.

- Projects -
You can visually keep different areas separated with color coded task groups, making it easy to see in the week or month view which areas need the most of your time.

- Priorities -
You can assign different priorities to tasks. This not only helps focusing on the most important things in lists, but also helps the app to defer the least important tasks when a day is above your set limit of tasks.

- iCloud Sync -
Your tasks are synchronised between your iPhone, iPad, Vision Pro and Mac securely through iCloud. Any changes are reflected immediately everywhere.

- Focused Pro -
Focused Pro automatically renews as a paid subscription, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the date of renewal. The payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your iTunes account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period.
