What is it about?
FoodFactsSG is a mobile application that intends to curb the day to day inconveniences of people with food allergies. We intend to do this by leveraging on the uniqueness of barcodes, which are commonly found in packaged foods.

FoodFactsSG is a mobile application that intends to curb the day to day inconveniences of people with food allergies. We intend to do this by leveraging on the uniqueness of barcodes, which are commonly found in packaged foods.
Using our mobile application, users with food allergies can now scan barcodes of ingredients and food products, and our application will be able to determine if the said product is suitable for the user's consumption. (Coming soon) Users will also be able to customise their allergies and dietary preferences on the application.
