We prioritize customers who have reserved appointments. Walk-in customers are also welcome on a "First Come, First Serve" basis.

In order for us to give you the best service, PLEASE BE ON TIME for your appointment. Your appointment will be cancelled after 10 minutes passing from your booking time.

If you are unable to make it for your appointment, your name would be re-ordered in our waiting list, you could either go into the shop and wait until your turn gets called, or you can re-schedule your appointment.
