FoSCoRIS

Food Safety Compliance through Regular Inspection and Sampling’ (FoSCoRIS) System is owned by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It is meant for conducting inspection of food units by Food Safety Officers and Designated Officers. No sign-up is required for the same. User-ids and Passwords credential of Officers are the same as set and updated in FSSAI Application Food Safety Compliance System (FoSCoS). Inspections allocated through FoSCoS are visible rea-time in FoSCoRIS. If inspections are conducted through FoSCoRIS, after completion, reports are real time visible to all concerned authorities and the concerned food business under their FoSCoS account.

1. This app is restricted to users of a single company only. Users are officers of the organization( Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) of a single organization responsible for conducting inspection for Food Safety across the nation.

2. This app is designed to use by a single company only. This app will be used by officers of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). No other company will utilize this app.

3. There is no feature in the the app which will be used by the general public.

4. This is connected through the digital platform FoSCoS ( Food Safety and Compliance System). Every officer has an account in the FoSCoS system. Same credentials will be used for logging into the App. There is no user registration feature associated with the FoSCoRIS app.

5. There is no paid content for the app. It is totally free app only intended for the officers of FSSAI to conduct inspection of Food businesses.
