Foundry Fitness

Foundry Fitness is an independently owned and operated fitness facility located in Brampton.

The gym provides state of the art strength and cardio equipment and has a dedicated functional training zone, all available for members to use 24 hours a day. Additionally Small Group Training classes and Personal Training session are available at the gym.

We believe that all members of the community should be improving their health and fitness through regular exercise. Our low cost memberships give everyone in the local community the opportunity to train at a time that suits them, in a safe environment, with 24 hour monitored security.
