In the Stena Line Freight "My Freight" app you can easily view and manage your existing bookings.
The app gives you the possibility to:
• See details for your booking
• Cancel your booking (if enabled for the Customer account)
• Transfer your booking to next departure (if enabled for the Customer account)
• Get an overview with shortcuts to your previously viewed bookings
Optimized for the iPhone 6 devices.
Please note that the customer must approve that cancel and/or transfer via the app is allowed before these functions are enabled. If neither cancel or transfer is allowed, no Pen icon will be shown on your active bookings.
