The Fresh Food Farmacy (FFF) mobile app will help Geisinger Health FFF participants manage their diabetes by providing a comprehensive care approach, including access to healthy food, staying connected to their healthcare team, education and comprehensive meal planning. Your healthcare team includes a doctor, health manager, registered dietitian, and pharmacist and they are all working together to help you get started on your journey to better health. The app helps you keep track of classes, that provide self-management strategies to optimize a healthier lifestyle and enhance your overall well-being.

The app integrates with Health Kit, Bluetooth glucometer and blood pressure devices.
