Front Porch App

Community is built through relationships by telling our own stories and listening to others tell theirs. We all have stories—this app gets the conversation started! Pick from one of four categories (Beginnings, Challenges, Hope, or Future) to respond to a random question and tell a story from your life.

Great for schools and classrooms and at home with family and friends, the Front Porch app provides a fun way to grow the conversation, commonality, and community we all long for.

This app supports the work and vision of The Front Porch Initiative, created to change the way children and youth relate to one another. Using the My Story booklet (Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, Junior High/Senior High/Adult), participants craft and share their own life stories following four simple chapters: Beginnings, Challenges, Hope, and Future.
