What is the concept behind the Full Control Pullup App?
At Full Control we follow the HIIT concept. HIIT stands for "High Intensity Interval Training". In HIIT, high-intensity active phases alternate with short recovery phases. With this concept, you have in total a much more effective workout in much shorter workout units than in long workout sessions with a moderate load.
