For example, you can buy 1, 3, 5 or any number cups of cooked steel cut oatmeal with toppings such as honey, dried cranberries, raisins, walnuts, and cashews. We also keep the costs down. 1 cup of steel cut oats, or approximately 2 servings, costs you a total of $3.99.

Everything is made to order and fresh -- even the nuts in the nut butters are grounded and packaged in house.

We offer a variety of other foods as well:

-Cooked Grains: White, Brown, and Wild Rice, Quinoa, and Steel, Whole, or Rolled Oats

-Cooked Legumes: Bengal Gram, Chickpeas, Moth, Moong, Kidney Beans, Black Eyed Peas, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, and Yellow, Red and Brown Lentils. Choose your spicing: plain, Mexican, or Indian.

-Cooked Vegetables: Broccoli, Green Beans, Long Beans, Cauliflower, Saag Paneer, Bengan Bharta, and Sweet and White Potatoes. Choose your spicing: plain or Indian.

Nut Butters: Peanut, Almond, Pecan and Vanilla Honey Peanut

Nuts: Almonds, peanuts, Pecans, Macadamia Nuts, Cashews, Walnuts, Brazil Nuts, or make your Own Custom Mix. Choose between roasted or raw and plain, salted, or candied.

Granola Bars and Power Bars: Almond Oat Bars, Homemade Chewy Granola Bars, Nut Butter Oatmeal Protein Bars, Nut Butter Cookie Dough Protein Balls, Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Lentil Blondies, Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
