Our Dial Out feature allows you to mask your cell phone number when returning a call from the app. Once you click the call back number, a box will appear giving you the option to dial out using your funeral home's number or your cell number. This helps to keep your personal number private when following up with your families.

Adding Service Arrangements is quick and easy, and because the app automatically syncs with your MyFuneralCall Account, our receptionists never miss a beat.

Push notifications send a FirstCall Notice once a Death Call is in progress so you have time to prepare and respond quickly.
