How it Works?

Step 1: Choose the type of service:
Request Now: Connects you to the nearest, available driver to complete your request
Request Pool: Adds your request to a queue and notifies all nearby drivers. Once accepted by a driver, the app will immediately put you in touch to negotiate price or schedule delivery time.

Step 2: Choose the type of delivery:
Deliver: Instant delivery that our drivers will pick up and deliver your items to your preferred destination address.
Shop & Deliver: Extend your pickup and deliver to include the driver having to purchase your items as well.

Step 3: Choose the size of delivery:
Pedestrian: A simple delivery that can be completed via public transport or is within walking distance.
Lite: Delivery that requires the use of a bicycle.
Small: Delivery that requires the use of a motorbike.
Medium: Delivery that requires the use of a car to complete. This is most appropriate for bulky or large items.
Large: Delivery of both large and heavy items. Unassembled furniture, home appliances and multiple packaging boxes.

Finish it off with any special delivery instructions or comments (such as a shopping list, notes or photos) that may help our drivers with the safe and successful completion of your request.

Once you’ve completed the submission form with the information above, just hit order and a Geetuk partner will help complete your request as soon as possible.
