By analysing your genes, we will create a series of exercise routines specifically created for what is best for you.
Login into to genomelink through the app to get your exact gene markers, or manually enter them, to get the best routines to help you.
The routines include running/cycling, basic exercises, or yoga.
This app includes integration with HealthKit, so some routines are recorded there.
