Gflex Control

It is an employee attendance tracking system used to record the entry and exit of the Company's employees to certain locations using the Gflex Platform (https://gflex.tr).
When the employee comes to work, he/she scans the QRcode at the entrance of the building and sends the location information in the QRcode and the location information of the phone to the server to perform personnel attendance control. It also aims to deliver announcements and news about the company entered by human resources to employees.

When companies using this platform add users to the system, they provide them with the information they used to sign up for employment and ask for their permission on what information they will use. This is asked again at the Gflex Platform login and the employee is not allowed to enter the system without obtaining the necessary permissions again.
This application scans the QRCode at the entrance of the building to record that the employee has entered the building when he/she comes to work, takes the current location information of the phone and sends it to the server. Thus, a record is created on the server to confirm that the person arrived at the specified location on time for work.

Within the scope of the application, when the person logs in, the person's information and access token are saved on the phone with AsyncStorage. While the login information is sent to the server, the user is not asked to log in again. Authentication with the server is provided by using the access token recorded here.

With the help of this application, companies using the Gflex Platform will be able to record the attendance tracking of their employees.
The data collected here will be used in calculating the employee's salary, taking into account how many days she/he came to work and how late she/he was.
