An app that helps young girls build confidence, build healthy positive friendships, and discover who they are.

Spice up every sleepover, playdate or classroom activity with an app that transcends the confines of traditional truth or dare by providing more than just entertainment. Through psychology based questions and dares, this app holds a mirror up to toxic bullying in girl culture and helps girls look critically at their culture, learn to support each other and love themselves.

- Pick between TRUTH or DARE
- Dares allow girls to explore different ways of positively interacting with each other as well as a variety of activities and actions to widen their horizons of what's possible in life.
- Truth questions make young girls think deeply and reflect on their own emotions, actions and dreams. These questions also make girls create authentic and vulnerable bonds with each other and understand the complexities of their friends’ lives, thus building compassion.
- Through being kind, expressive, open and understanding (with our app!), girls will be less inclined to bully or speak and act negatively towards each other and towards themselves. This, in turn, will allow them to create amazing skills and attributes that will last them a lifetime.

Studies show that girl on girl bullying is pervasive and complex and starts as early as kindergarten. Studies also show that girl on girl bullying has life long consequences including poor grades, loss of social interaction, depression and anxiety and by middle school, cyber bullying, diminishing self esteem, eating disorders and self harm.

Truth or Dare by Girl Dayz helps girls reverse the trend of girls pulling each other down, competing and seeing themselves through their peers’ eyes, but rather understanding their own amazing strengths and attributes.
