Glass is a commercial construction cost calculator, specifically tailored to the Central Texas market. The goal of Glass is to provide users with all-in construction and fit-up costs in an easy-to-use platform that doesn’t require full engagement with a project team, especially when tenants are doing research and discovery.

Users can select from different types of interior construction projects (tenant improvements, industrial/flex and restaurants/retail), multiple variables and most importantly, users can select pricing options for typical “owner” vendor costs (architectural design, MEP engineering, furniture, cabling, A/V, security, etc.
