Following feedback from Health and Safety teams across the construction industry, whilst contractors have generally put great mitigation measures in place to protect workers onsite, adherence to best practise from individuals can be poor.

As a result of this, we have produced a hard hitting interactive and emotional toolbox tutorial that will not only educate individuals, but influence choices they can take during their working day to minimise risk to themselves, their colleagues and their families. Enabling sites to continue operation thus preventing financial burden and potential shutdown.

There are 4 simple modules for the user to watch, educating and sharing best practice. Following watching the modules, users will sit a short multiple choice quiz of 8 questions, this will prompt a response from the user, keeping them engaged and allow reporting of completion and pass rate.
Useful resource links and additional Information are also provided within the App which are frequently updated (NHS Website, Mental Health Foundation, Recommendations by the WHO etc).

Our Streamlined One Touch Reporting
* Online Site Inspections completed and uploaded via the App.
* Online Health & Safety Reports completed and uploaded by the App.
* Online Near Miss Reporting completed and uploaded by the App.
* Online Risk Assessments completed and uploaded by the App.
* Passport/Test results or Vaccine certificates uploaded by an
individual for easy access and safekeeping should National Governments
implement.

Real Time Onsite Communication
* Daily briefings, celebrating success or highlighting poor housekeeping are
all a touch away with the App. The ability to directly message all
individuals on a specific site, a group of sites or indeed a particular trade
can be delivered through the App. No more site noticeboards that are
ignored. Tailored messages can be streamlined easily and in real time.

Online Inductions
* This will be a a generic multi-language induction that can be
tailored to ensure that everyone gets the minimum standard required,
meeting the expectations of a client or General Contractor. This will then
supplement the local induction that is specific to a particular site for
elements such as First Aiders, muster points, pedestrian safety routes etc.
Not only will this raise the standards for the client and General
Contractors, but will also save subcontractors considerable costs and time
as is typical when you see lots of individuals waiting in the morning for
onsite inductions before they can commence work.
