When a nearby driver accepts your request, your app will display an approval confirmation from the driver en route to your pick up location. Your app will notify you when the driver partner has arrived.

Glo facilitates security-control measures by detailing what to expect when you make a request. This information includes a display of our driver-partners name, vehicle model, and license plate number.

This data will help both parts of the equation to make the connection at the pickup.

After booking, your fare will automatically be deducted from your credit card or voucher linked to your GLO account. If you have a preferred route which is more efficient, it’s helpful to talk it through with your driver.

At the end of your trip, Glo will ask both you and your driver to rate each other’s interaction. This feedback is designed to foster a community of respect and accountability in order to maintain the quality of Glo.
