1) You need to have a minimum of 4 paying customers live in your account in order to pay out the commission you receive from resellers in layer 2 and below.

3) After the first month of enrolment, a small fee of euro 10 per month will be automatically charged to your account. When a reseller doesn't pay this fee his account gets deleted after 3 months and all resellers below will move up. This way committed resellers will benefit to the maximum from the program.

4) You need a valid bank account and routing number linked to your profile registered in the system, to enable prompt payment of your commissions.

An account owner (business or private) is considered an independent contractor and is responsible for their own tax returns.
