What is it about?

GloriaCARES creates a collaborative network of emergency management and responses where entire community stays connected to the first responders on a single platform and take part in seamless emergency communications. It establishes a linkage between the community and Local Government Unit’s frontline offices as far as public safety is concern particularly Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Office(MDRRMO), police station, fire station and health office. MDRRMO, as forefront in providing disaster prevention and immediate response to any emergency, it overseas the operation of C.A.R.E.S.
