GlucoNotes is a mobile application dedicated to blood sugar recording, conveniently used for documenting diabetes daily management indicators such as blood sugar, blood pressure, and blood lipids. We support creating customized health indicator items based on your needs for recording. Additionally, we provide options to switch between mg/dL and mmol/L blood sugar units, as well as language switching including English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese. We also support exporting your blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipid, and other record files. We can generate blood sugar graphs and data reports tailored to your specific needs based on your values.
