This is given 500 miles for 1000 yen, so we thought that it cost 1,000 yen to buy a thing of 1500 yen It is 1000 ÷ (1000 + 500) as the overall multiplication rate 2/3, 66.67% Actually pay product price multiplied by 1000 yen will be the 'Converted price including tax' in consideration of the overall multiplication rate. So, that's why 666.7 yen.
