The GoVivid iOS application pairs to the Handheld using an ad-hoc hotspot generated by the Handheld. The iOS application pairs to the Head Tracker. The iOS app, Handheld, and Head Tracker all work together to empower the user with a number of auditory features. These features inform the user of their surroundings, all using spatialized audio, and each tailored for a different purpose.

The "Room Scanner" feature informs the user the amount of space in the direction that they point the Handheld to.
The "Floor Scanner" feature informs the user of any elevation in front of them through the use of spatialized clicks to denote height.
The "CV Scanner" feature informs the user of what object is in the direction that they point the Handheld to.
The" CV Search" feature informs the user of where an object is that they request.
